**Job Description** **Required Information** **Details** 1 Role Tier 2 Engineer – Technical Support II (Gemini Business) 2 Required Technical Skill Set - SME in AI/ML GCP AI/ML tools knowledge; Agentic AI understanding; Python/R/Java proficiency; ML frameworks familiarity; GCP ML Engineer certification; RCA and issue resolution; API integration; scripting; documentation. 3 Desired Experience Range -3 to 7 years 4 Location of Requirement - **Chennai/Ahmedabad** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have (Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra)** - Proven experience as a **Subject Matter Expert in AI/ML** or similar role - In-depth knowledge of **GCP and its AI/ML tools** - Working knowledge of **Agentic AI environment** - Proficiency in **Python, R, or Java** - Familiarity with **machine learning frameworks and tools** Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification Ability to perform RCA and resolve issues promptly Familiarity with API integrations and scripting CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency **Good-to-Have** - Experience in deploying **AI/ML models in production** - Experience with **Vertex AI and Gemini APIs**
