Skills: Python, Gen AI, Agentic AI Experience: 4-12 yrs Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Greater Noida **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior with expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to lead innovative projects in our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning workflows, particularly with ML Flow, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage multiple projects focused on Python and Generative AI technologies. - Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning workflows using ML Flow. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. - Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and project management methodologies. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with Python programming. - Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. - Expertise in ML Flow for managing machine learning workflows. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of data engineering and data science principles. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in technology-driven projects.
