Gen AI Consultant - Pan India

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as **GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor**, and agent frameworks including **AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK/SDK**, and related ecosystems - Architect, develop, and integrate **AI agents and multi-agent workflows** to automate Quality Engineering, testing, and business processes. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in areas such as prompt engineering, agent development, AI testing, and automation best practices. - Work with cloud and AI ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar platforms for deploying and scaling AI solutions. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AI agent workflows, integrations, model responses, orchestration logic, and system performance. - Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions and implementation roadmaps. - Drive **prompt engineering** initiatives by designing, optimizing, and governing prompts, system instructions, skill files, and agent workflows to improve accuracy, consistency, and business outcomes.
