GenAI + Agentic AI Developer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Be a part of an energetic team of engineers delivering cutting-edge AI products. - Work as an Agentic AI Backend Developer in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside passionate technologists. - Design and ship GenAI applications end-to-end RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP integration, tool calling, and structured outputs using LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models. - Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows using Python frameworks. - Own retrieval systems: embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid search, re-ranking, and relevance tuning at scale, including Advanced RAG and Natural Language to SQL (NL2SQL) capabilities. - Implement memory management and caching strategies to enable efficient, long-horizon reasoning across complex, multi-step tasks. - Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve accuracy, reliability, and structured outputs. - Design and build rigorous LLM evaluation systems to measure output quality and catch hallucinations, grounding failures, and errors before production. - Operationalize AI applications: containerization (Docker), CI/CD, inference optimization, cost/latency tuning, observability, and quality monitoring. - Follow strong coding standards and build appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts. - Continuously problem-solve to create secure, scalable, and simple solutions. - Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
