GenAI/Agentic AI Solution Architect

**Role Summary** We are seeking a **Technical Architect** with strong experience in **Agentic AI and Generative AI space** to design and drive next-generation, cloud-native and open-sourced AI solutions. The role will focus on **end-to-end AI architecture** , leveraging **hyperscaler ecosystems** to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Data and Vertical Agentic AI solutions with observability and security The architect will provide **technical leadership** , design, ensure **best-practice AI architecture** , and work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI-driven solutions. **Required Experience** - **10-15 years** of overall IT experience. - **3+ years** of hands-on experience with **Generative AI and Agentic AI** systems. - Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions on **hyperscaler platforms** (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Strong background in **cloud-native and distributed system architectures** . - Location- **Pune** **Core Skills & Expertise** **Agentic & Generative AI** - Multi-agent system design (Supervisor–Worker, autonomous agents) - Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models - Prompt engineering, prompt lifecycle management - Tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture - Mitigation of hallucinations and AI reliability patterns **AI Architecture & Governance** - End-to-end AI solution architecture - AI governance frameworks and guardrails - Model observability, monitoring, and cost optimization - Responsible AI, explainability, and compliance **Hyperscaler & Cloud Platforms** - Microsoft Azure or GCP or AWS, Databricks and Snowflake (exposure in more than 2 will be preferred) - Cloud-native principles (microservices, APIs, event-driven design) - Scalability, resilience, and high-availability design - Security, IAM, and API management on cloud platforms **Data & Platform Architecture** - Data Mesh and data product architectures (good to have) - Metadata-driven engineering - Enterprise data modeling concepts - Integration with data catalogs and governance platforms - Data Quality and Governance **Nice-to-Have Skills** - Experience in Telecom or regulated industries - Synthetic data generation and privacy-preserving architecture - Marketplace or data monetization platforms - Pre-sales, solution storytelling, or co-innovation experience with cloud providers **Soft Skills** - Strong technical leadership and decision-making - Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture - Clear communication with senior stakeholders - Mentoring and guiding engineering teams - Strategic and systems-thinking mindset
