Job Description - -------------- **Role: Gen AI AIML Engineer** **Experience: 5 to 10yrs** **Drive Location: TCS Sahyadri Park,Plot No. 2 \& 3 ,Phase 3, Hinjewadi, Pune** **Reporting Time: 9:30am-12:30pm** **Mode of Interview: Walk in Drive** **Date of Interview: 1st Aug, 2026** **Responsibilities :-** * Hands on experience in **application support or intelligent systems support (AI/ML and Chatbots) with Python** * Hands‑on experience with: c**loud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, integration troubleshooting, JSON, logs** * Experience working with monitoring tools. * Strong analytical and debugging skills for production systems. * Familiarity with **ITIL** processes for **AMS**operations. * Exposure to MLOps practices such as model monitoring, pipeline orchestration, logging, and deployment support. * Ability to support **data scientists with environments, pipelines, and deployment troubleshooting.** * Familiarity with **LLM‑based assistant or retrieval‑based systems.** * Provide L2/L3 support for intelligent applications such as Chatbot * Troubleshoot functional and technical issues * Monitor application performance, usage trends, and system health. * Support content updates, configuration adjustments, and functional enhancements in coordination with business teams. * Ensure smooth operation during updates, deployments, and environment changes. * Assist in supporting **AI/ML**-based components integrated within applications * Work closely with Data Science/Data Engineering teams for deeper issues * Support basic ML lifecycle tasks such as logging, testing, or evaluation coordination * Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change activities following ITIL processes. * Perform daily/weekly application health checks, log reviews, and proactive monitoring. * Maintain documentation (**SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides**). * Participate in governance calls, service reviews, and continuous improvement discussions. * Support adherence to **SLAs, KPIs, availability, and operational compliance**.
