Job description

**Key Responsibilities** ✅ Create communication assets such as guides, FAQs, playbooks, videos, demos, and presentations. ✅ Design and deliver GenAI training programs for diverse audiences. ✅ Translate AI features, use cases, and policies into simple, user-friendly content. ✅ Drive AI adoption through targeted enablement initiatives. ✅ Continuously improve content based on user feedback and adoption insights. ✅ Collaborate with Product, Change, Risk, and Communications teams to support AI rollout initiatives. **Skills & Experience** • Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills. • Experience developing training materials and delivering workshops. • Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. • Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience in Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, or Digital Adoption is preferred.
