Job description

6-9 years in solution consulting, functional consulting, or a delivery role where you owned a client-facing delivery relationship — not just supported one. You've managed expectations and handled a hard conversation with a stakeholder who outranks you. A track record of translating something technically complex into a story that lands with a non-technical audience. Comfort operating in ambiguity — you'll be shaping process as much as following it. Genuine curiosity about AI/GenAI platforms. You don't need to code, but you should be able to speak fluently about how modern AI systems work within a few months. A background in Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, or a regulated industry is a big plus but not mandatory — we'll build your pharma-specific depth (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, MLR review cycles) on the job. What we can't teach as fast is judgment under stakeholder pressure. Sharp writing — you'll produce BRDs, solution briefs, and training content that clients actually read.
