**Position:** GenAI Architect / Lead AI Engineer **Experience:** 815 Years **Location:** Hyderabad / Bengaluru/Pune **Work Mode:** **Work From Office (WFO)** About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled **GenAI Architect** to design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, LLMOps, and AI Governance**, with experience building production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks. - Build end-to-end RAG pipelines including chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and re-ranking. - Develop agentic workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and AI agents. - Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices including CI/CD, model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and governance. - Integrate enterprise systems through secure tool/function calling with guardrails and RBAC controls. - Evaluate and deploy LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Cohere, and Azure OpenAI. - Drive AI security, compliance, governance, and Responsible AI initiatives. - Lead POCs and transform them into production-ready AI solutions. - Mentor engineering teams and define GenAI best practices and frameworks. Required Skills - 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Engineering. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLMs. - Strong expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-Tuning. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel. - Knowledge of Vector Databases: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS. - Strong Python programming skills. - Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Cohere. - Hands-on exposure to MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and AI governance. - Experience building secure, enterprise-grade AI applications.
