***You can become a part of* …** Founded in 2018, BharatPe is one of India's fastest-growing fintech companies, offering a comprehensive suite of financial products and services. What began as a single interoperable QR code has grown into a platform used by over 1 crore merchants across the country. At our core, we exist to drive financial inclusion and accessibility for the real Bharat, which is underserved by traditional finance and held back by complexity, paperwork, and products never designed for it. We are changing that, by building simple, accessible financial tools that meet people where they are, in the language they speak and at the scale they need. For our merchant partners, we provide an integrated ecosystem spanning QR and PoS payments, working capital credit, and deposit and investment products, enabling small businesses to accept payments, access finance, and grow. For consumers, we are building a fast-growing set of offerings across UPI payments, Credit on UPI (BharatPe Flex), Personal Loans, and Invest (Digital Gold, Digital Silver, Fixed Deposits, and Mutual Funds), giving them a single place to pay, borrow, and grow their money. Together, these two sides of our business form a single mission: to bring the full power of digital finance to every merchant and every consumer across India, not just the few who have always had access. Alongside the business, we are equally committed to building an organization where people take genuine ownership, do their most meaningful work, and see their ideas realized at a national scale. We value diversity, and we encourage different points of view, ways of thinking, and new capabilities to strengthen and improve the lives of our customers. And that is not all. We have a lot of fun while we explore new ideas, solve real problems, collaborate, and connect, and we do it all together. Connect with us over social media, coffee, or a call. We would welcome the opportunity to tell you more." ***Responsibilities will include* …** 1.
