Job description

**Key Deliverables in this role -** **Financial Outcomes** - Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support business strategy and digital transformation goals. **Customer Service** - Foster an architecture-driven culture across IT and business teams. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on digital technology trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to understand the enterprise requirements - Work closely with project managers, product owners, solution architects, and vendors to drive project delivery. **Internal Process** - Define, implement, and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines. - Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Establish frameworks for data security, privacy, scalability, and interoperability. - Evaluate and recommend best-fit technologies (cloud platforms, analytics, automation tools) suited for FMCG business needs. - Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with legacy systems. - Oversee design of end-to-end digital solutions **Innovation and Learning** - Driving Innovation Through Stability: By ensuring seamless and stable performance of our core platforms & applications - Drive innovation pilots and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate business value. **Critical success factors for the Role -** - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or MBA - 12–15 years of experience in product engineering/application development/enterprise architecture, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors. - Strong understanding of Value chain including Sales & Supply chain - Proven track record in architecting large-scale digital transformation programs. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), data analytics, cybersecurity.
