Generative AI Engineer(3-8 years)

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop Generative AI solutions using models like GPT, Llama, Gemini, etc. - Build applications using APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other AI platforms - Fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for specific use cases - Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance - Work with structured and unstructured data for training and inference - Integrate AI models into applications (web, mobile, enterprise systems) - Optimize performance, accuracy, and cost of AI models - Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business teams - Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance **Required Skills** - Strong programming skills in **Python** - Experience with **Generative AI / LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.)** - Knowledge of **Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts** - Hands-on with frameworks like **TensorFlow, PyTorch** - Familiarity with **LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases** - Experience with **REST APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)** - Understanding of **prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** - Data handling with **SQL, Pandas, NumPy** **Preferred Skills** - Experience in chatbot or conversational AI development - Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker - Exposure to NLP techniques and embeddings - Experience working with large datasets
