Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions for clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions. - Implement IVR systems, WFM (Workforce Management) tools, Dialer functionality, and Call Center technology using Genesys platform. - Troubleshoot issues related to telephony, REST APIs, and other integrations with third-party services. - Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys Cloud applications.
