Core Genesys Platform Knowledge 2. IVR Design \& Call Flow development including secure flow \& bots 3. Strong understanding of **REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads** 4. Problem‑Solving \& Analytical Thinking 5. Collaboration, Communication \& Teamwork **Good to Have:** Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners **1.** Salesforce integration **2.**Intent model designing **Essential:** * Design clear, intuitive, and customer‑friendly IVR call flows * Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX * Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases * Support post‑production incidents and root‑cause analysis * Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code **Minimum Qualification:** * 15 years of full-time education * Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG \& PG (if applicable) *
