- Plan and optimize radio networks to improve **coverage and capacity performance** across urban and rural areas. - Conduct **site planning activities** , including nominal planning, site selection, and survey validation. - Analyze **coverage gaps** and recommend corrective actions to ensure seamless connectivity. - Coordinate with field teams for **drive testing, data collection, and validation activities** . - Develop and maintain **coverage prediction models** , clutter analysis, and capacity planning reports. - Support **5G rollout initiatives** , including documentation, KPI tracking, and cluster optimization. - Prepare and present **performance reports, insights, and recommendations** to regional and senior stakeholders. - Monitor project timelines and contribute to **process optimization and efficiency improvements** . - Conduct **traffic forecasting and capacity planning** to support future network requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **engineering, operations, and deployment teams** .
