Responsibilities : - Lead the design and optimization of enterprise geospatial workflows that integrate mapping insights into core business processes to improve operational efficiency and decision quality for diverse stakeholders across functions. - Oversee the development of geospatial data models and map based analytical solutions that support strategic planning for business operations while maintaining a strong focus on scalability reliability and data integrity across systems. - Coordinate with business operations teams to translate process pain points into geospatial use cases that can be implemented through mapping platforms spatial analytics and clear standard operating procedures for everyday use. - Provide clear guidance to cross functional teams on how to embed geospatial insights into existing business process frameworks so that daily activities become more predictable measurable and aligned with enterprise goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business operations by using geospatial metrics and process performance indicators to identify bottlenecks track trends and recommend targeted interventions that enhance productivity. - Collaborate closely with product owners and domain experts to prioritize geospatial enhancements in business systems so that new features support seamless hybrid work models and reduce friction for distributed teams. - Monitor data quality for geospatial layers and business process reference data to ensure that operational reports dashboards and map views remain accurate timely and trusted by decision makers in critical scenarios. - Coordinate documentation of end to end geospatial process flows standard work instructions and knowledge assets so that business operations teams can adopt and sustain new geospatial capabilities with minimal disruption. - Guide the selection and configuration of geospatial tools and integration patterns that fit enterprise architecture principles while enabling secure access for hybrid workforces without compromising regulatory expectations. - Partner with risk compliance and operations governance teams to ensure that geospatial data usage within business processes respects legal constraints ethical guidelines and internal control requirements in all regions. - Support stakeholders through workshops walkthroughs and practical demonstrations that show how geospatial views of business operations can reveal trends improve resource allocation and support societal outcomes such as safer and more efficient services. - Coordinate with finance and portfolio teams to quantify the business value created by geospatial enhancements to processes and operations including cost savings cycle time reductions and quality improvements in service delivery. - Mentor junior geospatial and process analysts in best practices for mapping data interpretation and process documentation so that the broader team can consistently deliver high quality outcomes across engagements. -Qualifications - Demonstrate extensive experience spanning at least thirteen years in geospatial solutions and business process optimization with a strong track record of transforming operations through practical mapping and analytics initiatives. - Possess deep knowledge of business process frameworks and methodologies and apply them to design geospatial enabled workflows that are robust auditable and aligned with enterprise standards in complex environments. - Show proficiency in business operations concepts such as capacity planning service level management and performance measurement while using geospatial tools to illuminate patterns and support better operational choices. - Bring hands on experience with mainstream geospatial platforms and mapping tools integrated with enterprise applications so that process stakeholders can access location aware insights within their daily work systems. - Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder communication requirements analysis and documentation to ensure that geospatial and business process solutions remain understandable adoptable and sustainable for a wide range of users. - Display familiarity with hybrid work models and collaboration practices so that geospatial operations and process documentation remain effective for teams distributed across locations and time zones. 9.
