Powered by curiosity, courage, and innovation**,** our teams implement data, technology, and AI to create tomorrow, today. **Inviting German Language Experts for Human Resource Operations || Pune** - **Job Location: Pune** - **Mandatory Skills: B2/C1 Proficiency in German Language** - **Shifts: Please be comfortable with night shifts.** - **Work Mode: WFO** We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our **Global HR Operations team as a Spanish Language SME**. This role will primarily focus on delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking stakeholders while contributing to HR operations, payroll, and compensation & benefits processes as needed. The ideal candidate will be **fluent in Spanish and English**, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to support global HR functions. Experience in payroll, HR operations, and compensation & benefits will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities: -** **Spanish Language & Stakeholder Support (Primary Focus)** - Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking employees, stakeholders, and vendors. - Act as a language SME for translating, interpreting, and validating HR and business communications. - Facilitate bilingual documentation and ensure clarity in global communications. - Collaborate with regional and global teams across multiple time zones. - Support employee queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience. **HR Operations (Secondary / Optional)** - Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. - Maintain employee data and ensure accuracy within HR systems. - Assist in resolving employee and manager queries related to HR policies and processes. - Help maintain SOPs, knowledge base materials, and process documentation. - Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. **Payroll Administration (Optional / Good to Have)** - Assist in payroll processing activities ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence. - Support validation of payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, and deductions. - Help in reconciliation, reporting, and payroll variance analysis. - Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution. - Provide support for statutory compliance and payroll audits were required. **Compensation & Benefits (Optional / Good to Have)** - Support administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. - Assist in salary review cycles, bonus processes, and benefits enrollment activities. - Help coordinate with vendors for insurance and benefits administration. - Perform basic compensation data analysis and prepare reports. - Support payroll integration of compensation-related changes. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory) strong written and verbal communication skills. - 26 years of experience in customer-facing roles, shared services, or HR support environments. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)** - Experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Compensation & Benefits. - Exposure to HR systems or payroll platforms (e.g., HONO HRMS or similar tools). - Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. - Analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools. **Desired Competencies** - Strong communication and language proficiency. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on employee experience. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Collaboration and cross-cultural adaptability. **Why join Genpact?** - **Be a transformation leader** Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation - **Make an impact** Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter - **Accelerate your career** Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities - **Work with the best** Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day - **Thrive in a values-driven culture** Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
