We look forward to growing together toward a brighter future. **Job Purpose** We are looking for looking for an Automation & AI Architecture Product owner for the GDU AI Promotion team (AIP). Working with AIP and Service Lines, the role will be responsible for the development for new AI solutions, leading the AIP Consulting service for new AI solutions into GDU as well as leading the GDU technical strategy, architecture & regulatory governance of GDU AI Promotion solutions. The role requires a diverse and broad technical background, but with a specialisation and special interest in AI & Automation tooling, technologies, strategies, techniques and deployment approaches. By its nature this will be a technical role and a successful candidate must have the ability to discuss Automation & AI in business outcomes as well as leadership of a team to deliver against business commitments. This will mean strong collaboration & communication skills to manage a virtual team of regional and global based architects and developers who will have input to gain global consensus. A key element will be supporting, enabling and encouraging our staff and bring them on the journey to change, whilst retaining architecture, technology and research capabilities to drive our automation standards forward. **Roles and Responsibilities** Core responsibilities of the role include; - Leading a team of architects to evaluate, integrate and deploy toolsets, techniques and standards for delivery of AI & automated functions and use cases, including AI Agent and Agentic solution delivery. - Assist the business in finding appropriate AI solutions to meet business objectives, help build these into business cases, and see these through to successful implementations with clear operational management, benefit tracking and adoptions strategies. - Lead as an evangelist for the benefits of AI & automation, as well as assisting service architects and designers on how to embed the capability into the offerings and make best use of it - Maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams across GDU, Fujitsu HQ, and Regions – keeping across their Automation and AI strategies, and industry trends generally. **Required Skills, Technical Qualifications & Experience** The candidate will have; - You will likely have a technology architect, consultant and designer background and significant industry experience in IT delivery especially AI focused. - A proven background in AI & Automation architecture and design. - Track record of effective team leadership to meet business objectives, with direct and virtual team members, remove and local. - Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building. - Broad understanding of IT services, automation & AI technologies, practices and solutions - Must be able to translate technical roadmaps into business benefit to stakeholders. - Awareness of regional market demands, requirements, capability & cost - Be able to demonstrate projects and current automation architecture and designs that are delivering benefits to your customers/Fujitsu. - Have operational experience to identify and drive initiatives to reduce cost of delivery, and be able to articulate those to teams to implement - ITIL V3+ certification, Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications - An understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and general security principles - A strong understanding of Azure, AWS, ServiceNow technologies is desirable - An understanding of TOGAF and Enterprise Architecture is desired.
