**Key Requirements / Non-Negotiables:** - Strong experience in **Capital Markets and Banking**. - Exposure across domains such as **F&A, Commercial Leasing, Contact Centre, Trade Finance, Regulatory Reporting, RTR, and Data & Analytics**. - Ability to manage evolving scope, with new workstreams expected to be added over time. - Proven experience managing large-scale operations, with responsibility for teams of large no of **employees**, with further account growth anticipated. - Strong cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience leading geographically distributed teams. - Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
