What You'll Do Founded in 2022, the Enterprise Services (ES) organization delivers efficient, resilient, and scalable services globally, supporting BCG's diverse teams. It is an evolving BCG organization that is predominantly focused on providing Global Business Services (GBS) activities to every part of BCG. It includes a range of business-critical services and expertise, including Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS), Procurement & Payables, Travel, Meetings & Events, Case Team Services, ClientView (Lead-to-Cash), Real Estate, Executive Support Services, and Business Insights and Analytics; supported by transversal expertise in our product portfolios and excellence functions. Approximately 70% of Enterprise Services employees are located in Delhi, with smaller concentrations in London, Boston, Costa Rica, Madrid, Munich, and Atlanta. We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Global Finance and Operations Services (GF&OS) team. The Senior Manager, GF&OS – Transformation & Migration Execution plays a key role in delivering the GF&OS migration agenda, driving complex, multi-geography transitions aligned to business strategy and operating model evolution. You will translate strategic direction into structured, scalable migration execution, acting as a cross-functional integrator within established governance frameworks. You will partner with functional teams to assess current practices, identify optimization opportunities, and architect AI-empowered solutions that enhance migration outcomes and align with strategic goals. In this role, you will help evolve migration into a repeatable, high-performing capability — not just a series of projects — embedding governance, performance discipline, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive high-impact change, while safeguarding business continuity and managing operational, regulatory, and financial risks. You are expected to bring a forward-looking, innovation mindset — challenging legacy approaches, introducing new ways of working, and championing the integration of Generative and Agentic AI into migration workflows to translate complex technology opportunities into tangible business value. As a key partner to leadership, you will align cross-functional teams and ensure that migrations deliver sustained value beyond go-live, supported by data-driven performance management through KPIs and quality controls. **Key Responsilities Will Include** **GF&OS Migration Strategy & Governance** - Support the GF&OS migration agenda by planning and sequencing complex, multi-geography transitions aligned to ES priorities and transformation roadmap - Translate strategic direction into practical, scalable migration plans, incorporating dependencies, risks, compliance, and business readiness - Operate within established governance structures, contributing to clear decision-making, accountability, and stakeholder alignment - Drive structured reporting and visibility into progress, risks, and performance to support informed decision-making - Actively challenge legacy approaches and drive process transformation — simplifying, standardizing, and digitizing migration methods through innovative ways of working - Shape and lead ideation and discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine future-state migration processes enabled by AI and automation **Migration Execution, Risk Management & Business Continuity** - Lead day-to-day execution of migrations end-to-end, from planning through stabilization, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations - Embed governance, checkpoints, and quality controls to drive consistency and continuous improvement - Identify and manage operational, regulatory, and financial risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and contingency planning - Safeguard business continuity by minimizing disruption to critical operations during transitions Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and data protection standards - Apply innovative problem-solving, design thinking methodologies, and digital tools to accelerate delivery, improve predictability, and support user adoption **Capability Scaling, Innovation & Operating Model Modernization** - Contribute to building migration into a standardized, repeatable capability with clear methodologies, playbooks, and performance metrics - Act as a catalyst for innovation, introducing automation, digital tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance transparency, efficiency, and control - Identify and pilot emerging technologies — including Generative AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and advanced analytics — to improve execution outcomes, transparency, and control - Support operating model evolution through process reengineering, improved design, and smarter use of technology and data - Collaborate cross-functionally to str
