Job Opportunity: Global HRSS Onboarding Assistant / Manager Chennai **Location:** Chennai Thoraipakkam **Work Mode:** 100% Work from Office (5 days a week) **Experience:** 10+ years **Education:** MBA Human Resources (**Mandatory**) **Shift:** Flexible to work across different shifts supporting global time zones We are looking for an experienced **Global HRSS Onboarding Assistant / Manager** to join our team in Chennai. This is a key role within our Global HR Shared Services function, responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering a seamless, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for employees across global locations. Key Requirements - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, with strong experience in a Global HR Shared Services (HRSS) environment. - Proven expertise in global/cross-border employee onboarding and managing complex onboarding processes. - MBA in Human Resources is mandatory. - Strong understanding of employee documentation, background verification (BGV), compliance, and onboarding governance. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global teams. - Candidates must be comfortable working 100% from office, 5 days a week, from our Thoraipakkam, Chennai location. - Willingness and flexibility to work in different shifts to support global time zones and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead, design, and continuously optimize comprehensive global employee onboarding frameworks and workflows. - Ensure strong operational compliance and governance across onboarding activities. - Oversee international background verification (BGV) and employee documentation processes. - Partner with Global Talent Acquisition, IT, HR, and regional business stakeholders across different time zones to ensure day-one readiness for new hires. - Monitor and analyze key onboarding metrics, including CSAT, turnaround time, process efficiency, and onboarding quality across regions. - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and operational excellence across the global onboarding function.
