**Role & responsibilities** Allegis is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Mobility Support / Mobility Program Specialist to support international employee mobility programs. The role involves managing employee queries, coordinating mobility processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees relocating across countries. The successful candidate will work closely with employees, HR teams, immigration vendors, and internal stakeholders to support end-to-end mobility activities while ensuring compliance with global mobility policies and country-specific requirements. **Preferred candidate profile** : Minimum 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred 1+ year of hands-on experience in Global Mobility operations. Strong understanding of Immigration and visa processes , International assignment lifecycle management ,Global mobility policies , Benefits administration , Country-specific mobility requirements , Employee relocation and assignment support . Experience with **AssignmentPro** is highly preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience in similar Global Mobility platforms will also be considered .
