**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Global Non-IT (Indirect) Sourcing & Procurement across key international markets, including North America, South America, and other global geographies. The role requires strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, vendor negotiations, and end-to-end procurement operations. **Key Responsibilities** • Drive strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across global locations for Non-IT/Indirect categories • Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including vendor identification, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance management • Handle diverse procurement categories such as: **Infrastructure & Facilities:** Turnkey projects, PMC, architectural services, building management systems, office leasing **Workplace Services**: Facility management, housekeeping, employee transport, security services **Corporate Services:** Travel, MICE, gifting, marketing, branding (internal & external) **HR & Professional Services**: Recruitment, immigration, BGV, L&D **Finance & Legal Services:** Insurance, legal advisory, and finance-related procurements • Ensure cost optimization, compliance, and risk mitigation across procurement activities • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to align procurement strategy with business goals **Required Qualifications** • Education: Engineer / MBA / Post Graduate (preferred) • Strong experience in Global Indirect Procurement / Non-IT Sourcing • Proven track record in managing multiple categories and global vendors • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills • The incumbent should be flexible to work in a 12:30 PM 9:30 PM shift. **Mandatory Skills** • Procurement • Strategic Sourcing • Vendor Management • Contract Negotiation
