**Summary** **Position Summary** **Global Risk and Brand Protection** **Global Ethics Specialist Assistant Manager - Measurement, Monitoring and Reporting** Do you thrive on developing creative and innovative insights to solve complex challenges? The Global Ethics team is seeking a manager to support the design, delivery, and management of a variety of data-driven global ethics initiatives that help us execute our strategy and build a culture of integrity across Deloitte. **The team** This is an internal firm professional service position within that supports firms of the Deloitte organization. Global Risk & Brand Protection (GR&BP) analysts in India play a critical role in enhancing, preserving, and protecting the reputation of the Deloitte organization. Specifically, GR&BP analysts assist in ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional standards in the areas of auditor independence, regulatory compliance, and risk. Functions within GR&BP include Global Independence, Technology, Privacy, Risk, Ethics and OGC. The ideal GR&BP candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment. They must also be able to develop best practices, develop and consistently apply a base of knowledge to matters that arise, and identify innovative solutions for complex issues. Individuals within GR&BP interact/coordinate frequently with other members across the member firm’s Risk & Regulatory Affairs group to effectively serve Deloitte professionals. **Work you’ll do** Deloitte’s ethics program works to build trust in our profession and among our professionals, strengthen our reputation and relationships with stakeholders, minimize ethical risk, and help all our people make the best professional choices. Deloitte Global Ethics works with Global and member firm (“MF”) leaders across four key strategy threads: - Ethical leadership - World class ethics programs - Embedding ethics in all we do - Identify and mitigate ethical risks **Role Specific Responsibilities** The Global Ethics team is seeking a Specialist Assistant Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the design, delivery, and management of a variety of data-driven global ethics initiatives that help us execute our strategy and build a culture of integrity across Deloitte. - Oversee the development and management of projects related to the third-party ethics helpline, working closely with the vendor and MFs. This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of the helpline solution and addressing any issues that may arise. - Design, build, and implement innovative solutions to measure, monitor, and report on Global and MF ethical risk, culture, progress, performance, and impact. This may involve leveraging statistical modeling techniques to assess and monitor ethical risks using data from ethical incidents, surveys, and other sources. - Recommend and develop innovative technology solutions, such as apps and databases, to automate processes and improve data and reporting management and analysis. This will involve staying up to date with new tools and techniques in data analytics and making recommendations for future projects. - Analyze data from various sources, such as the annual survey, and generate various insights, this will include: - Preparing and presenting standardized, traceable, repeatable, multi-year KPIs from data sources on a variety of ethics-related topics - Preparing visualizations and reports on a variety of ethics-related topics using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Python and Power BI - Ensure project milestones are met, and project reporting, budgeting, and monitoring are carried out effectively. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned **Qualifications** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field (BTech, MCA preferred) - Years of Experience:Candidate must have minimum of 3-4 years of data collection/analysis, project monitoring, measurement, and reporting, preferably within a professional services or multinational corporation and overall experience of 6-8 years. **Technical Skills** - Strong data analytics skills, including experience in statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and experience monitoring and forecasting risks using tools such as Excel, Python, Power BI and SQL - Advanced Python skills in data wrangling, cleansing, and pre-processing for analysis - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, advanced DAX skills - Proficiency in SQL databases, familiarity with SSRS and SSIS tools - Exceptional reporting, process mapping, and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organization; ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on various initiatives **Other Qualifications** - Experience leading and executing on projects from start to finish - Ability to work well under pressure and in an unstructured environment - Self-directed and responsive - Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a global, matrixed environment - Diplomacy and poise in dealing with stakeholders - Experience preparing and making presentations to senior management - Ability to predict and respond to senior leadership requests and needs **Work Location:** Hyderabad Shift timing – 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM **How You’ll Grow** At Deloitte, we’ve invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
