Job Description: GeneralManager-SupplyChainPerformance RolePurpose The General Manager - Supply Chain Performance is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across a regional or multi-country supply chain network. The role focuses on deploying Schneider Performance System (SPS) methodologies, optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, coaching local teams, and leveraging digital solutions to deliver sustainable business results. KeyResponsibilities • Lead the deployment, governance, and sustainability of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and entities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Kaizen, Lean Office, and operational excellence methodologies. • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve productivity, lead time, inventory, logistics efficiency, equipment utilization, and workforce performance. • Develop and execute performance improvement roadmaps in partnership with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain leadership teams. • Support sites in achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People development objectives. • Participate in strategic investment decisions related to capacity expansion, automation, new product introductions, and process transformation. • Facilitate collaboration across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes. • Coach and develop teams on Lean principles, process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, simulation tools, and continuous improvement practices. • Lead value stream mapping exercises and operational diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and performance excellence. Digital&SystemsLeadership • Champion adoption of digital manufacturing and supply chain solutions across the organization. • Leverage enterprise platforms such as ERP, LDS/PMS, DISS, CMMS, and analytics tools to drive operational effectiveness. • Ensure data integrity, governance, and analytics-driven decision-making. • Identify, promote, and deploy innovative digital solutions to enhance supply chain performance and operational visibility. • Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across locations. DesiredSkills&Competencies • Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement • Supply Chain Management & Planning • Operational Excellence • Change Management • Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0 • Manufacturing Operations Management • Process Design & Layout Optimization • Manufacturing Diagnostics & Performance Analysis • Capacity Planning & Productivity Improvement • Data Analytics & Performance Management • Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills • Health, Safety & Environmental Management • Kaizen, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SPS Methodologies Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. • Master's Degree (MBA/Operations/Supply Chain) preferred. • Proven experience in Supply Chain Performance, Manufacturing Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or Industrial Engineering environments. • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and digital transformation initiatives. • Demonstrated experience in leading regional or multi-site performance improvement programs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. (External) English Qualifications: What's in it for me? • 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence. • Experience leading transformation programs across multiple plants, business units, or geographies. • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred. • Deliver Labor productivity, through on-site workshops, Kaizens and time analysis (line improvement, efficiency actions) • Ensure compliance with Schneider Performance System, on Time Management, Ergonomic, lean line design domain • Develop Time Management and Ergonomic competency across manufacturing and logistics sites. • Ensure reliability of time database of each site, for cost calculation. • Deploy digital tools related to Time Management, Ergonomics, Workforce Management. • Setup Multi skill and versatility process in the sites to enhance DVC level to achieve required safety, Quality and Efficiency • Lead Kaizen event • Lead improvement projects across GSC International.
