Job Title: Manager – CRM Salesforce Manager (L7), Experience (10-16 Yrs) Core Skills: Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Automotive CRM and/or DMS Strategy, and/or Implementation, Requirement Gathering, Program Delivery and Client Engagement, Presales & RFP support, Sales Origination, Business Development, Auto CX Advisory/Strategy Consulting Experience: 10 to 16 years of hands-on end-to-end process transformation experience including process modelling and process mining. Automotive domain experience preferred. Additional Information: • Preferred industry: Automotive • Location: Gurgaon, Bangaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai (Hybrid work model) • Education: MBA and/or equivalent qualifications • Travel: May be required depending on client location • Language skills: Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
