**Job description:** Join our team in Talent & Organization and find endless opportunities to solve the most pressing client needs and challenges, especially during the backdrop of a global pandemic as we adapt to the new norm. **Practice:** Talent & Organization – LMS I **Areas of Work:** Learning Design and Development, Change Management and HR Transformation | **Level: Manager** | Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai | **Years of Exp:** 12+ years **Skill/Operating Group** LMS Manager [T&O] **Level** Manager **Location** Pune/Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bengaluru (Gurgaon preferred) **Travel Percentage** Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100% **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on LMS/LXP strategy, roadmap, and adoption. - Lead LMS selection and evaluation processes with clients, aligning technology recommendations to business needs. - Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of trends in learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI-enabled learning, adaptive learning, analytics, etc.) and sharing insights with clients and internal teams. - Contribute to business development efforts including RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations. - Partner with practice leadership to define go-to-market strategies and enhance service offerings. - Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and client events to enhance brand visibility. - Drive capability building within the team on emerging learning technologies and interoperability standards. - Lead design, build, and configuration of enterprise LMS solutions (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, Docebo, etc.). - Provide guidance on interoperability standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, cmi5) ensuring compliance and scalability. - Govern LMS implementations and upgrades, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and user adoption. - Support and guide project teams on SaaS configuration areas (notifications, translations, user management, analytics, reporting, roles & permissions, org structure setup). - Develop accelerators, frameworks, and assets for scalable and repeatable delivery. - Lead and mentor project teams across multiple engagements. **Key Competencies and Skills:** - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives and C-level stakeholders - Strong business acumen and consultative approach to translate complex client needs into strategic learning technology solutions - Proven capability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and data-driven decision making - Ability to lead multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high delivery quality and client satisfaction - Strong relationship management skills to build long-term client partnerships and expand market opportunities - High learning agility with a continuous drive to upskill and stay ahead of emerging learning technologies and market trends - Cross-cultural competence and ability to work effectively with global teams and clients across diverse geographies **Additional Information:** **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, M.Tech, MCA) preferred - Extensive experience in Learning Technology/LMS leadership roles may be considered in lieu of advanced degree - Certification in at least one major LMS such as Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, or equivalent is highly desirable - Additional certifications in emerging learning technologies or interoperability standards (e.g., xAPI, cmi5) will be an advantage **Experience:** - 16–20 years of progressive experience in learning technology, with at least 4–6 years in a senior or managerial role leading enterprise-scale LMS programs - Proven expertise in multiple enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SuccessFactors Learning, SumTotal, or equivalent, including strategy, implementation, and optimization - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth - Experience driving market-facing activities such as pre-sales, solutioning, RFP responses, and thought leadership in the learning technology space - Proven track record in client relationship management, including C-level stakeholder engagement and long-term account development
