Golang Developer - Architecture

**Job Description:** **Must-Have** - Expertise in **Go/Golang** programming is a must  - Must have implemented real world production services in **Golang** - Strong **backend/server end to end** development experience - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go. - Lead system design and architecture discussions for new and existing services. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code following Go best practices and concurrency patterns. - Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability (low-latency, high-throughput). **Good-to-Have** -Experience withmonitoring and logging frameworkssuch as**Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack** - Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior engineers. - Identify performance bottlenecks and design robust, fault-tolerant solutions. - Quickly ramp up on new technologies, business domains, and codebases. - Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and **CI/CD pipelines**. **- Spring Framework and Spring Boot Microservices** are required, and **Spring Cloud Stream is a plus** - **RESTful Web services** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** Experiment with new technical advances & creating multiple PoCs Strong experience indesigning and developing microservices-based solutions Proficiency inJava (Spring Boot)and/orGo (Golang)for building RESTful services Ability to act as a firefighting team member to support needing project teams Work as mentors for trainees and juniors Exposure toDevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Helm, etc.)andcloud platforms (GCP/AWS) Learn new technologies as needed and adapt to new systems.
