Job description

**Technical Expertise:** •       5+ years of experience developing web-based applications using React.js •       Strong expertise in Golang for backend/microservices development •       Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) •       Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and event-driven services •       Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) •       Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments •       Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines •       Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 / JWT-based authentication mechanisms •       Knowledge of integrating frontend with backend services efficiently •       Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems **Desired Skills:** •       Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.) •       Exposure to message queues / streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) •       Understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices patterns •       Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog •       Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills **Behavioral Competencies:** •       Passion for software development and emerging technologies •       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •       Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills •       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently •       Strong team player with experience working in global teams •       Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality.
