Hi Greetings of the day! we have opportunity with **Account Recovery** **Experience: 3 to 10 Yrs** **Location : chennai, Gandhinagar.** **JD:** - Own Google Account and GCP Account Recovery cases endtoend - Validate identity, authorization, and domain ownership using approved frameworks - Execute recovery workflows with zero tolerance for policy deviation - Detect and mitigate fraud, social engineering, and unauthorized access attempts - Maintain accurate, auditready documentation of recovery actions - Escalate highrisk or nonstandard cases appropriately - Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers during critical incidents - Adhere to authentication standards, SLOs, and security policies - Strong understanding of GCP admin roles, domain ownership, and recovery workflows and familiar with GCP admin console - High judgment decisionmaking under ambiguity - Fraud detection and prevention capabilities - Excellent documentation and attention to detail - Calm, professional communication during sensitive scenarios if you are interested in this position kindly share your cv or resume to this mail id **guggilapubindusha.p@tcs.com**
