Job Description: - **Experience and exposure to Google cloud Managed SQL (Cloud SQL for Postgresql,** **MySql, Oracle) and Cloud** **Native DB** **(Spanner, Big Table,** **DataStream,** **Memory store,** **Redisetc)** - **Experience and exposure in installing & configuration, performance tuning & optimization** - **Hands-on with replication & schema designing, query optimization, data security procedures** - Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security - Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps - **Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related** - Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels - **Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders** - Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed - Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment - **Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)** - **English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must**
