You will have responsibility - for:The GRADE review, deep-dive design audit pro - cess.Responsible for achieving robust deployment of Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) prod - ucts.Carry out robust design justification, analysis and verification to demonstrate the product is good by de - sign.Detect and fix design issues as early as possi *ble, prior to design f* reeze, when it is relatively easier and less expensive to correct mistakes, utilizing expert auditors as gu - ides.Ensure issues / mistakes made in the past are not repeated, by adhering to the guidelines, PR-AIMs and things that have gone wrong in the - past.Ensure that supplier is properly sourced (ESOW) and on-boarded to correctly engage with the GRADE process with technical expertise, document sharing & project manage ment. Knowledge / Experience – 6 to 8 YearsEsse - ntial:Proven project management capability demonstrated by recent delivery in line with time, Cost, quality & attribute t - argetsProven experience in electrical, electronics, electromechanical commodity development and/or integration of at least one complete pr - ogram.Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing require - ments,Excellent communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate at all - levelsLiaise with supplier, Manufacturing, Validation and cross functional - teams.PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Wo - rd etcCAD Literacy: Ability to operate CAD software like CATIA - V5/V6.Significant experience in use of engineering tools FMEA, Six Sigma, problem resolutio - n etc.Successful history of delivery within the automotive s ector.Qualific - ation:BE/B.
