**Role & responsibilities** - Design and develop **real-time and near real-time monitoring dashboards** using Grafana - Build solutions to monitor **IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and network performance** - Configure and manage **streaming data sources** for continuous monitoring - Integrate Grafana with tools such as: - **Splunk** (log analytics / observability) - **ServiceNow** (incident and ITSM workflows) - Implement **IFrame embedding** of Grafana dashboards into external enterprise portals - Develop and optimize data queries for high-performance visualization - Ensure scalability, availability, and security of monitoring solutions - Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams - Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure timely resolution - Follow best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability architecture
