**Role Summary** The **Training Graphics** **Specialist** supports **Ping Identity** (Hybrid, Bengaluru) by creating and updating visual assets for training courses, knowledge resources, and marketing efforts. **Core Responsibilities** - **Graphics & Visuals:** Create technical diagrams, illustrations, screenshots, icons, and digital badges that align with brand guidelines. Keep existing visual content up to date. - **Video Support:** Contribute visual components (overlays, callouts, and graphics) for on-demand training videos and perform quality/consistency checks. - **Collaboration:** Coordinate with course developers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather design requirements and maintain shared asset libraries. **Key Requirements** - **Experience:** Proven track record in creating visual content, technical diagrams, and supporting video materials. - **Tools:** Working knowledge of standard graphic design software (**Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign**). - **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, time-management, cross-timezone collaboration, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts visually. **Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
