Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital, web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral. - Develop innovative visual concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Collaborate with marketing, content, UX/UI, video, and business teams to translate requirements into impactful designs. - Review, guide, and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency. - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards. - Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices. - Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and production teams when required. **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).** - Expertise in designing for digital, social media, web, presentations, and print. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling. - Experience in branding, campaign design, and marketing communications. - Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
