**Greetings From TCS!!!** **Walk-in Interview (04-07-2026) Job Opportunity for GRC** **LOCATION-MUMBAI** **EXPERIENCE-4 + YEARS** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHARE YOUR UPDATED RESUME TO n.pavithra14@tcs.com** **Job Description** Role\\*\\* **GRC** Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\* - Previous experience in audit, ISO 27001 implementation and control testing, risk management - Experience in executing security assessments on NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 or any industry standards - Understanding of IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate risks to stakeholders. - Familiarity with GRC platforms and assessment tools. - High attention to detail and ability to analyze complex processes. - Preferred certifications ISO 27001, CIS Desired Experience Range\\*\\* **4 -15yrs** Location of Requirement **Mumbai** Certification **certifications ISO 27001, CIS** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** Associates should be B.E/B.TECH/M.C.A/others graduate **Good-to-Have** Good Communication Skills **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** Key Responsibilities - Identify, assess, and monitor IT-related risks and controls, creating risk matrices and narratives - Manage and support internal/external audits (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO27001) - Execute Security assessments based on industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) - Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures - Assess risks associated with vendors and third-party partners - Prepare detailed reports and documentation on risk posture and compliance status for management. - Manage stakeholders and provide timely updates on the compliance - Promote security awareness and training across the organization
