**Designation - Team Lead** **Role** : Governance Risk and Compliance, also known as GRC, is the department covering an organization's approach across Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Compliance under GRC is the Third line of defense oversights First & Second Line of Defense, ensuring that client and stakeholders in relation to business being complaint with all the contractual requirements and applicable policies & procedures. **Job Responsibilities** : (**Must have**) - Conducting audit on contractual compliance/MSA requirement periodically as required - Implement and ensure adherence to BPS Compliance Framework - Develop Audit checklists and propagate to ensure adherence - Ensure Client Risk Management requirements are adhered by First and Second Line of Defense. - Actively participating in client meetings / governance forums - Support External Audits along with internal business leaders - Good Communication Written & Verbal - Ad-hoc activities as assigned related to Risk, Compliance and Governance **Job Responsibilities**: **(Desired)** - Knowledge on Any ISO audits ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO22301, ISO 14001 - Knowledge of how to conduct process audits or Departmental audits - Knowledge of audits to bring out process Improvement in departmental audits **Criteria** : **(Must have)** - Minimum Qualification Bachelors Degree - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in contractual compliance & Audits from BPO industry - Knowledge of Non - Financial Risks - Good communication skills with hands on experience in preparing Management Reports and Risk Governance Presentation (Should be well versed in MS office Tools) **Criteria** : - Relevant Experience in Conducting any ISO audit - Hands on Knowledge on Internal Audits/ ISO audits / Must be Certified in Internal Audit with awareness on ISO standards (ISO9001 and ISO27001) **Shifts timings:** - 10am to 7.15pm **Week Off :** - Sat - Sun
