Job description: Job Description **Group Leader – (Content Moderation)** **Location:** Bangalore, India **Band:** B2 **Experience:** 5+ Years **Shift:** 24/7 (5 days/week with rotational week offs) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic **Group Leader – Content Review** to manage multiple teams within a high-volume content moderation environment. The role requires strong **people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence** in a 24/7 setup. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end operations including **Accuracy, AHT, SLA, Attrition, Shrinkage, and team development** - Lead and mentor **Team Leaders and multiple teams** , ensuring high performance and productivity - Drive delivery excellence through **process adherence and continuous improvement** - Analyze performance metrics and implement **data-driven action plans** - Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards in content review processes - Handle escalations, client interactions, and stakeholder communication - Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching and development initiatives.[ **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong **leadership and team management skills** (multi-team handling) - Excellent **analytical and data interpretation abilities** - Ability to **drive execution under pressure** and meet deadlines - Strong **decision-making and problem-solving skills** - Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** - Agile mindset with ability to adapt quickly **Eligibility Criteria** - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum **5+ years of experience** in BPO/ITES or Content Moderation domain - Proven experience in **leading teams and managing operations** **Preferred Qualifications** - Lean / Six Sigma certification - Strong understanding of **process metrics and operational KPIs** - Experience in high-tech or content moderation environments **Key Competencies** - Observation, Analytical & Listening Skills - Strong awareness of **trending topics (Political, Sports, Entertainment, Sensitive events)** - Ability to lead change and drive performance improvement **Additional Details** - Language: English (Read/Write/Speak) - Proficiency Level: CEFR B2 - Nationality: Indian - Notice Period: Within 30 days Mandatory Skills: Content Moderation .
