Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and HR), set team goals and strategies, and ensure alignment with our broader organizational objectives. Youll specifically take care of developing and maintaining mtier/domain competencies and coaching your team, but also defining and governing your groups strategy with stakeholders. **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
