Growth Associate (Field Sales)

Job description

- Conduct cold visits, local catchment mapping, and field marketing activities in designated clusters (near colleges, coaching institutes, IT parks, and corporate hubs). - Build relationships with local vendors, educational institutions, brokers, and local hubs to establish a steady stream of incoming leads. - Participate in offline promotional activities, kiosk setups, and canopy activations to drive brand awareness and walk-ins. - Meet prospective tenants (students and working professionals) and schedule/guide them through property walk-throughs. - Highlight key value propositions of Stanza Living, including amenities, community life, safety features, and flexible rental packages. - Manage end-to-end sales negotiations, address student/parent or professional queries, and close bed bookings.
