This role involves welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring that all guest queries and requests are handled promptly and courteously. The Guest Services Associate coordinates room assignments, manages reservations and modifications, and provides information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services. Daily responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, liaising with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also requires adherence to brand standards, efficient handling of payments, and consistent delivery of a warm, professional guest experience. **Qualifications** - Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service experience, with a focus on hospitality and professional demeanor. - Customer Service capabilities, demonstrating empathy, problem-solving, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. - Reservations experience, including handling bookings, changes, cancellations, and maintaining accurate records. - Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly with guests and team members. - Prior experience in hotel operations or front office roles is an advantage. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems preferred. - Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hotel environment. - Minimum high school diploma; a hotel management or hospitality qualification is beneficial.
