**Greetings from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES!** **Skill: Guidewire Claim Center** **Years of Experience: 6+ years** **Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad** **Job Description:-** **Job Requirements\\*** - Should have 6+ years of testing experience in Guidewire products with Claim Center with E2E life cycle (Like Claim creation, Claims management, payments, document management) - Should have work experience in Agile testing model and engage with Business analyst Product owner and other scrum team members in story elaboration and other agile ceremonies (PI planning, Release planning, Backlog preparation session, Sprint planning, Standup call, Sprint Retrospection) to come up with project estimates - Should have experience in requirement gathering/walkthrough, test estimation/effort, test design, test execution and test closure activities - Should have work experience in sending daily/weekly status reports to all stakeholders and keeping them apprise on any blocking issues - Should have experience in identifying, escalating, and resolving project issues to achieve smooth process flow - Should have exposure towards test results walkthrough/demo at the end of each sprint to the Product owners to get the sign off for the release - Should have work experience in Test Plan document preparation with release plan, Features covered and regression testing plan - Should have work experience in Test Strategy document preparation with testing approach for the Features covered - Participating and elaborating in defect triage calls on a daily basis to fix the high-priority defects and to take necessary steps - Should have work experience in JIRA tool - Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Guidewire PC as secondary skill set is good to have **Key Responsibilities\\*** - Experience in working in Agile Delivery Models and Scrum Practices - Experience in requirement gathering/walkthrough, test estimation/effort, test design, test execution and test closure activities - Experience in identifying and preparation of test data for executions - Hands-on experience with JIRA/Zephyr/Confluence for test management and reporting - Good understanding of testing lifecycles, testing matrices, review and sign-off processes - Participate and elaborate in defect triage calls on daily basis to fix the high-priority defects and to take necessary steps - Experience in sending daily/weekly status reports to all stakeholders and keeping them apprise on any blocking issues - Experience in Test Planning, Status Reporting and Test Completion Reporting - Exposure towards test results walkthrough/demo at the end of each sprint to the Product owners to get the sign off for the release
