**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Claims/Billing Center Business Analyst with 5-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Billing Center, with a proven track record of analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and delivering effective solutions in the insurance domain. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our claims and billing processes. **Responsibilities:** - Analyze and document business requirements related to Guidewire Claims and Billing Center. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. - Develop functional specifications and use cases for system enhancements and new features. - Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new functionalities. - Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to claims and billing processes. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with Guidewire Billing Center is a deal breaker. - Strong understanding of insurance claims and billing processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with Guidewire Claims Center is a plus. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools. - Certifications related to business analysis or project management. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Guidewire Billing Center. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
