**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Guidewire QA Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Guidewire QA processes and methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of our insurance software solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. **Responsibilities** - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Guidewire applications. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. - Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide status reports and updates to project stakeholders on testing progress and issues. - Assist in the development of automated testing frameworks and tools. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong knowledge and experience in Guidewire QA processes. - Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in writing and executing test cases and scripts. - Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Knowledge of insurance domain and Guidewire applications. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with SQL and database testing. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on Guidewire applications. - Relevant certifications in QA or Guidewire are a plus.
