Job description

We are seeking a skilled **SAP BODS + Guidewire + DataHub Developer** to join our Insurance Technology practice. You will design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions using SAP Business Objects Data Services, configure and develop on the Guidewire Insurance Suite, and manage metadata, data lineage, and governance workflows on DataHub — working closely with business stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams. **Key responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows, data flows, and batch/real-time jobs using SAP BODS 4.x for insurance data migration and integration. - Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter modules per business requirements using Gosu scripting. - Build complex data mappings, transformations, and validations between source systems (SAP ERP, Oracle, SQL Server) and target platforms. - Integrate Guidewire with external systems via SAP BODS and Guidewire Integration Framework (GW Integration Gateway). - Onboard data assets into DataHub — configure metadata ingestion pipelines, manage data lineage, ownership, and glossary terms. - Define and enforce data governance policies using DataHub's platform features including tags, domains, and deprecation workflows. - Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure DataHub reflects accurate, up-to-date data catalog entries across all pipelines. - Perform data quality analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities; integrate quality metrics into DataHub observability. - Support UAT, system testing, and production deployments; troubleshoot and resolve production incidents. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation — design specs, data dictionaries, lineage maps, and runbooks. #Guidewire #SAPBODS #BODS #Hiring #NowHiring
