The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center, with a proven track record of developing and implementing solutions that enhance claims processing efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Claims Center to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Guidewire and insurance domain. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center (deal breaker skill). - Strong knowledge of Java and Guidewire development tools. - Experience with integration of Guidewire with other systems. - Understanding of insurance domain and claims processing. - Ability to work in an Agile development environment. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center. - Familiarity with SQL and database management. - Knowledge of web services and API integration. - Experience with cloud technologies and deployment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Guidewire Claims Center development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
