**Guidewire Policy Tester** **Experience**: **58 Years** (can be adjusted based on requirement) **Location**: Pune / Noida / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Kolkata (or as applicable) **Job Summary** Coforge is seeking a **Guidewire Policy Tester** with hands-on experience in testing Guidewire PolicyCenter applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of Guidewire implementations and enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications. - Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. - Validate policy lifecycle transactions including Quote, Bind, Issue, Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, and Reinstatements. - Execute test cases, log defects, retest fixes, and track defects through closure. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners during sprint activities. - Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, and test execution. - Conduct API, batch, and integration testing with upstream/downstream systems. - Prepare test reports, traceability matrices, and test execution summaries. - Support UAT and production validation activities. - Ensure adherence to QA processes and testing best practices. **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience with **Guidewire PolicyCenter Testing**. - Strong understanding of **P&C Insurance** concepts and policy administration processes. - Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT Support. - Good knowledge of policy transactions such as: - New Business - Renewal - Endorsement - Cancellation - Reinstatement - Experience using defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Skills** - Guidewire Certification (PolicyCenter or Guidewire Testing-related certifications). - Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations. - Exposure to Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Guidewire Test Framework. - Knowledge of API Testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. - Experience in rating, underwriting, and policy issuance workflows. **Educational Qualification** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Nice to Have** - Exposure to other Guidewire modules such as **ClaimCenter** and **BillingCenter**. - Experience working with Guidewire upgrades, migrations, or cloud transformation projects. - Insurance domain certifications such as AINS, CPCU, or equivalent. **if you are interested, please share your resume at anshul.meshram@coforge.com**
