Lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of the Microsoft GenAI and Agentic AI practice, owning capability building, hyperscaler partnership, pre-sales, and enterprise-scale solution delivery. **Key Responsibilities :** **Practice Strategy \& Growth :** - Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for the practice. - Own practice-level outcomes across revenue, margin, capability maturity, delivery quality, and client success. **Technology Focus :** - Drive depth and scale across the **Microsoft ecosystem** such as Azure Core Services, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services), Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot Extensibility, and Microsoft Fabric, along with commonly used **multi-agent frameworks** such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and CrewAI. **Capability \& Team Development :** - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI architects, engineers, and consultants. - Drive the certification agenda and structured competency frameworks to strengthen practice credibility. - Foster a culture of innovation through internal hackathons, learning paths, and Responsible AI practices. **Pre-Sales, Proposals \& Solutioning :** - Lead pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and client presentations. - Shape deal strategies, pricing, and win themes with sales leadership. - Build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and IP. **Microsoft Partnership \& Alliance :** - Own the strategic partnership with Microsoft, including co-sell motions, funding programs, specializations, and Solutions Partner designations. - Represent Happiest Minds at Microsoft and industry flagship events, and drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and speaking engagements. **Solution Delivery Excellence :** - Provide executive oversight on delivery quality, governance, architecture reviews, and risk management. - Ensure Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards across all engagements. **Required Experience \& Qualifications :** - 16 years of overall IT experience, with a strong track record in practice leadership roles. - Deep hands-on and leadership experience across the **Microsoft ecosystem** is mandatory. - Proven experience delivering **GenAI and Agentic AI solutions** at enterprise scale, using multi-agent frameworks, is mandatory. - Demonstrated success in pre-sales, large deal shaping, and proposal leadership. - Strong background in solution architecture, cloud-native design, MLOps, and LLMOps. - Established relationships within the Microsoft partner ecosystem are preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. **Desired Qualities :** - Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and executive presence. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and CXO-level stakeholder management skills. - Go-getter attitude with speed, ownership, and outcome orientation. - Passion for AI innovation and commitment to Responsible AI principles.
