**Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Walkin @Gurugram Location** **Hardware Asset Management (HAM)** **Location: Gurugram, Haryana** **Address: TCS GG7 office is located at Skyview Corporate Park, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana, 122004** **Experience: 6 years to 14 years** **Interview Mode: Walk In Drive** **Interview Date: 18th July 2025 (Saturday)** **Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 2: 00PM** **Must-Have:** - Strong knowledge of end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro. - Experience in hardware procurement, deployments, refreshes, and recoveries. - Proven experience conducting hardware asset audits. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** - -Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle including request, procurement, receipt, deployment, maintenance, refresh, recovery, and disposal. - Perform hardware procurement activities and ensure alignment with Finance and Procurement. - Coordinate deployments, refresh programs, recoveries, and secure disposals. - Maintain and enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, ITSM, and Procurement integrations. - Conduct periodic hardware asset audits and support compliance requirements. - Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership. - Collaborate with IT Operations, Service Desk, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders. **15 years of Continuous Education.**
