Job description

**Job Requirements** Responsibilities - Duties include Electronic Circuit Design, Schematic entry, Verification testing, and documentation - Electronic hardware Design and develop for industrial metering and safety applications - Ability to take independent design decision and guide Junior designers - Design analysis, Reviews and implementation - Cross functional interactions with Firmware, Mechanical, and other teams - Quick decision making, analytical and troubleshooting in an evolving environment - Schematic design using Allegro / Altium / Orcad - Experience with working on processors, microcontrollers and FPGA development. - Component risk assessment, covering electrical and thermal stress, component derating, lifecycle and obsolescence, supply-chain availability, and potential failure risks, DFMEA - Design simulations using pSPICE, LTSpice etc.. - Assess potential failure modes and their impact on product performance and safety. - Identify high-risk components requiring additional validation or testing. - Engineering documentation; Bill of material, Product Specification, design document, Test plans etc.. - Contribute new and innovative ideas to rapidly evolving business development activities **Work Experience** **Requirement:** - B.E/ B.Tech/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering minimum 8+ year’s relevant experience - Proven track record of designing and analysing electronic, Power supply and embedded solutions including ability to perform electronic design calculations - Component derating analysis, including risk assessment, reliability and failure analysis - Circuit simulation experience a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. - Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Keep good rapport with the team and contribute to the team requirement
